Today Safeco Insurance posted a video to its employees and agents reflecting back on the tragic Oso mudslide. Safeco interviewed our own Brenda Olsen, an agent in our Arlington office, to produce this video which included a visit to the site. The video is a powerful, heart-felt remembrance of the tragedy and its impact.
Please take a moment and join us in reflection, remembering the families, rescuers and volunteers who were and are still involved in rebuilding lives forever changed.

No words… Brenda is an angel. To say that Brenda, Don Filer and Safeco surpassed our expectations is an understatement. The personalized attention, the care, and the sound advice is so very comforting. I called just the other day to ask questions about insurance moving forward. Brenda and her team are so respectful. She was the first person to give me advice on my homeowner’s policy — a policy she doesn’t even carry. Can you believe that my “other” agent never bothered to tell us we could stop paying on the dirt left behind?! Brenda and her team have integrity. They have my trust, which so many have lost.
